The Space
The house is conveniently located just off Hwy 61 (McMasters Avenue). The house is close to shopping, adjacent to the YMCA, High School, Hannibal Middle School and Hannibal Lagrange University and a short drive to the historic downtown.
This makes it a convenient location for those coming in for graduations or celebrations, or for teachers looking for temporary accommodation.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bath, two others each have a queen-size bed, the last a full bed and share a second 4-pc bath.
There’s a large family/living room, a small private dining area and separate mud-room/laundry room. The home features plenty of private parking and a quiet patio off the back of the house.

Guest Access
This wheel chair accessible home is fully equipped with everything you need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, a large living room with 2 futon style sofas, 2 bathrooms and a large backyard.
Interaction with Guests
Guests are given an access code to the backdoor of the house. The code is good only for the days you will be staying. The code will be active from 2 pm the day of check-in and will deactivate at 11 am on the day of check-out.
The Neighborhood
This is a quiet middle-class neighborhood filled with similar mid-century homes. While it’s close to Hwy 61 which is a busy road, there’s a quiet area at the back of the house for outside sitting and backstreet road access that gets you downtown in just a few minutes. The Hwy 61 business district is Hannibal’s main commercial strip so there are dozens of stores, restaurants and services in the immediate vicinity. The High School and Middle School are across the street and Hannibal’s beautiful YMCA is a short walk up the street.
Getting Around
There is no public transit in Hannibal however, many attractions are within a few minutes drive.
Other Things to Note
There is hi-speed WiFi in the suite as well as a flat-screen TV with ROKU and Netflix. You have a separate entrance-the unit is fully self-contained.
